What Texas requires
The state inspection is a set list — brake, steering, safety and emissions items. Here's what we look at.
System condition and stopping performance — the big one for passing safely.
Play in the wheel, tie rods, ball joints — anything loose that shouldn't be.
Headlights (high & low), tail, brake, turn signals, license plate, wipers, horn.
Tread depth, condition, and matching sizes across the axle.
In Collin County, gas vehicles 2–24 years old also get an emissions test.
Cracks in the driver's field of view, mirror condition, and VIN visibility all count.
Diagnosis before dollars
We look, listen, and (where it applies) road test and scan.
We identify the real cause, not just the symptom.
A firm price you approve before any work starts.
Repair done in-house and stood behind by our warranty.
In-and-out, done right
We're an official Texas inspection station. If something fails, you don't have to drive across town — we can fix it and re-run the inspection in the same shop.
